Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish

VISION OF OLGP

We, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, are a missionary community of disciples gathered around the Eucharist and the Word of God. We come from different provinces, backgrounds and ages to form the Church of the Poor and a joyful community of God, thus becoming signs of hope and joy for our people and diocese.

MISSION OF OLGP

As the Church of the Poor and a joyful community we feel the strength of the Holy Spirit to reach out to our parishioners, children, youth and adults, especially those who are most in need. Therefore, as a missionary parish we commit ourselves to:

  • Evangelization. We are sent to share the Word of God and Gospel values through our planning and implementation of programs. This is done at different levels: Families, Adults, Youth and Children.
  • Formation. Providing an Ongoing Formation Program for a better development of our servants to become agents of transformation.
  • Worship. Making of the Holy Eucharist a solemn and joyful gathering of the faithful through a fitted program for all mandated organizations.
  • Social Services and Ecology. Developing our programs for social assistance for the poor and encouraging our parishioners to be committed to fostering an orderly and clean environment.
